Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in transaction diligence, financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, etc.
  • CPA license is a plus

Brief Job Description:

  • Participate in financial due diligence engagements related to transactions involving private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers.
