About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Architect to join our team at global elite developers inc'. As a Licensed Architect, you will play a vital role in the design and development of our prestigious real estate projects in the Cainta Rizal area. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work closely with our experienced design and construction teams to bring our clients' visions to life.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and functional architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developmentsPrepare detailed construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure projects are built to the highest quality standardsObtain necessary permits and approvals from local authoritiesMonitor and oversee construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetProvide technical support and advice to the construction team throughout the build processEnsure all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards

What we're looking for

Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the design and delivery of residential, commercial, or mixed-use developmentsExcellent technical design and drafting skills, proficient in using CAD softwareStrong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standardsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clientsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsPassion for creating innovative and sustainable architectural solutions
