Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our software products. This role will define the product vision and strategy, drive market and user research, and translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, and Marketing—to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable software solutions.

1. Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define the long-term vision for the software product in alignment with company strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in software features, integrations, or platforms.
  • Translate business objectives into product strategies and software capabilities.

2. Market & User Research

  • Conduct market analysis for software trends (e.g., AI, cloud, cybersecurity).
  • Gather customer requirements through interviews, surveys, and usage analytics.
  • Benchmark against competitor software solutions and industry best practices.

3. Product Planning & Roadmap

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and market demand.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt using frameworks (MoSCoW, RICE, Value vs Effort).
  • Work closely with software architects and engineering leads to balance speed, scalability, and quality.

4. Requirements & Backlog Management

  • Write epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure backlog is properly groomed and prioritized for Agile teams.
  • Act as the bridge between stakeholders (business) and the development team (technical).

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Engineering, QA, and UX/UI designers to deliver high-quality software releases.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for go-to-market (GTM) strategy and customer adoption.
  • Act as the voice of the customer during software design and development.

6. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Product Launch

  • Define release strategy, pricing models (SaaS subscription, licensing, freemium, etc.).
  • Prepare launch materials: demos, product documentation, sales enablement kits.
  • Ensure customer training and support are aligned with product rollout.

7. Product Performance & Optimization

  • Track KPIs: adoption rate, active users, churn, uptime, NPS, ARR/MRR (for SaaS).
  • Analyze user behavior (via analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4).
  • Continuously improve the product based on customer feedback and usage data.

8. Compliance, Security & Scalability

  • Ensure product complies with standards.
  • Collaborate with DevOps/Infra for scalability, performance, and uptime.
  • Incorporate cybersecurity and data privacy best practices into the product lifecycle.
