Senior Architect

Responsible for supervising and overseeing operations at the construction site with regards to masonry works and other architectural designs to ensuring compliance with plans and specifications at the least possible time without sacrificing the quality and safety. ensuring all activities will achieve goals of maintaining an effective and competitive construction operations that satisfies internal and external customers to achieve BF Corporation mission and quality mission.

• Supervises and oversees masonry and architectural works are executed according to specified plans and timeframe.

• Determines equipment, materials and tools necessary to implement the tasks and timely deployed such to manpower used.

• prepares and analyze drawings and instructs details and scales of drawing to foreman and leadman for proper, accurate, safe and timely executions of plans

• Ensures that BF total quality commitment to internal and external customers satisfaction is communicated, understood, implemented and maintained throughout the workforce of the department.

• Performance people management to ensure discipline and compliance to company rules and regulations and general performance appraisal of subordinates.

Job Requirements

• Must be a graduate of BS Architecture

• Preferably Licensed Architect.

• With at least 10-15 years of experience or expertise in building construction works.

• Can work under pressure and can work w/ less supervision.

• Knowledgeable in 3Dmax/AUTOCAD operation

• Willing to work (ASAP) Metro Manila Project Area.
