Communication and Executive Assistant

As the Communication and Executive Assistant, you are expected to manage the internal and external communications of the whole district and its partners; ensuring that all the communication channels are up to date with the latest announcements from FWD Life Philippines.
The position entails that you will be expected to keep track of the upcoming events, monitor the calendar, and manage the production part of the event. Furthermore, executive tasks include but are not limited to: providing extensive support to the director in providing the latest announcements, accompanying the director in attending meetings, and monitoring the director's communication channels such as Viber, Outlook, and Gmail. Lastly, provide assistance in the day-to-day operations in the office.
Key Qualifications:- Must be willing to work onsite in BGC
- Graduate of Communications, Psychology or related field is required
- At least 1 year experience as an executive and/or communication assistant is required
- Experience as a virtual assistant is preferred
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Administrative assistance and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word)
- Experience in creating appealing presentations and posters through Canva is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Experience in event and production handling
- Highly adaptable to changing working environments
- Can effectively work in a team and easily build rapport
- Background in Life Insurance is preferred
- Create and manage the internal and external communications (memos, newsletters, etc.)
- Create well-regarded PowerPoint presentations for high-level meetings
- Create and keep minutes of the Leader's Meetings and related events as needed
- Create script and support the production during events
- Writing press releases and news stories for publication in print or online media outlets
- Supporting the engagement, recruitment, learning, and operations through initiatives and communications
- Prepare content/materials for external meetings and engagement (e.g., research, briefings, speeches, and talking points).
- Drafting and overseeing social media script and web content
- Support the daily operations and maintain an accurate record of the district's calendar
- Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate, and accessible information.
- Support the Director in preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Accompany the Director in day-to-day activities as needed
- Support the Director in preparation of all documentation
- Maintain utmost confidentiality of all information and correspondence.
