The Specialist also drives continuous learning initiatives, collaborates with management on business improvements, and monitors the effectiveness of training programs to support organizational growth.

  • Providing guidance to the L&D team.
  • Designing and improving training plans.
  • Conducting TNA to identify gaps and using tools like surveys and assessments.
  • Facilitating training sessions and managing logistics.
  • Ensuring training materials are accurate and relevant.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Leading continuous learning initiatives.
  • Maintaining reports like the ISO/APP Completion Tracker.
  • Administering ISO/APP compliance training and certification processes.
  • Collaborating with managers on business improvements.

The role supports organizational growth and ensures alignment with company policies, including Information Security Management System (ISMS).
