About the roleWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior IT Specialist to join our dynamic team at Multi Development And Construction Corporation (MDCC). As a Senior IT Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our organization's technology infrastructure and database systems. This full-time position is based in our Taguig City, Metro Manila office.What you'll be doingProviding technical expertise and support for the design, development, and maintenance of our database systemsImplementing and optimizing database solutions to improve performance, reliability, and securityCollaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirementsAutomating database processes and tasks to enhance efficiencyTroubleshooting and resolving complex database-related issuesConducting regular backups, monitoring, and maintenance of database environmentsDocumenting and continuously improving database-related processes and proceduresSharing knowledge and providing training to junior members of the IT teamHandle end to end process of Odoo system.What we're looking forMinimum 5 years of experience in database development and administration, ideally in the construction or real estate industry.Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing database solutions, including hands-on experience with ERP system.Strong understanding of database concepts, such as indexing, query optimization, and performance tuningFamiliarity with agile development methodologies and experience collaborating with cross-functional teamsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyExceptional communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersA passion for staying up-to-date with the latest database technologies and best practicesFamiliar with Odoo System.If you're excited to be part of our journey and contribute your expertise as a Senior IT Specialist, we encourage you to apply now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
