Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager.

The Trade Marketing Manager (Category Strategy) will be responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of a set of brands for targeted channels. This includes developing and monitoring Category Plans based on shopper insights to ensure business growth.

They will collaborate with Marketing and Channel Strategy teams to align plans with brand equity and channel dynamics. The Category Sales Manager also represents the Sales Team in category discussions during forecasting meetings.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop category sales strategies (merchandising, distribution, promotions, pricing), plans, and tactics;
  2. Manage new product launches;
  3. Ensure equitable distribution of critical SKUs, prioritizing key channels;
  4. Conduct research to enhance shopper understanding within the category;
  5. Perform cost analysis for category programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in management roles within Sales and Marketing;
  2. College degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields;
  3. Experience in key accounts or general trade with proven results;
  4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;
  5. Strong focus on quality and process orientation.
