Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who excels at building connections, identifying business opportunities, and driving growth. While based in Makati, this role offers flexibility with some remote work options.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  1. Develop marketing strategies to promote PDPAMC's services.
  2. Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
  3. Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorship opportunities.

Proposals and Contracts:

  1. Collaborate with technical teams to prepare comprehensive proposals.
  2. Draft and review contract agreements to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  3. Monitor submission timelines and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
  4. Identify and track relevant bid opportunities for architectural, planning, and sustainability projects.
  5. Prepare and submit bid documents in coordination with the technical team.
  6. Manage pre-qualification requirements and ensure compliance with bid criteria.

Sales and Lead Generation:

  1. Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
  2. Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and outreach initiatives.
  3. Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into opportunities.

Client Engagement:

  1. Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  2. Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand project requirements.
  3. Represent PDPAMC at industry events and conferences to build brand visibility.

Client Management:

  1. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout project timelines.
  2. Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Track client feedback and incorporate insights into future strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing — ideally in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
  3. Strong understanding of architectural design services, master planning, and sustainability practices.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; familiarity with design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or ArchiCAD is an advantage.
  6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Background in real estate development, architecture, or urban planning.
  2. Existing network of contacts in the property development or construction sector.
