We're Hiring: Business Development Officer (Part-Time | Commission-Based)

Dot Coffee is brewing more than just great coffee—we're building a community and expanding our footprint. We're on the lookout for a Part-Time Business Development Officer who can help us grow smarter and faster. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Chief Growth Officer to coordinate with internal operations and lessors, ensuring timely and cost-efficient store openings.
  • Manage relationships with lessors from initial contact up to space turnover to our operations team (Yellow House).
  • Analyze potential retail spaces, including foot traffic, area relevance, and market potential.
  • Proactively generate leads for new store locations.
  • Support in nurturing long-term relationships with lessors and real estate contacts.

Who You Are:

  • Results-driven with a passion for business development and growth.
  • A good communicator with strong negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Organized and self-motivated—you know how to take the lead and get things done.
  • Previous experience in retail expansion, real estate, or F&B business development is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with Metro Manila and nearby provinces is a plus
