Job Title: Credit Card Direct Sales Agent
Job Summary:
The Credit Card Direct Sales Agent is a results-driven individual responsible for acquiring new credit card customers through direct sales efforts. They will engage with potential clients in various settings, explain the benefits of the credit card products, and guide them through the application process. The agent will work to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and generate potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, door-to-door sales, referrals, and participation in promotional events.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of target demographics and market segments.
- Proactively seek out new opportunities to expand the customer base.
Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Present and explain credit card products and their features to potential customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and timely information.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Overcome objections, and close sales.
Application Processing:
- Assist customers in completing credit card applications accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all required documentation is collected and submitted.
- Verify customer information and ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
- Follow up with customers regarding the status of their applications.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance andmarket feedback to the sales manager.
- Track and manage personal sales pipeline.
Compliance and Training:
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Address customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong ethical standards.
- Ability to pass background checks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 0-2 years experience selling credit cards or other financial products.
- Knowledge of credit card products and the financial services industry.
- English language proficiency
