Gigahertz Computer Systems is seeking a Credit Card Processing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, including credit card processing and collections.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Process credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Update home credit collections in a timely manner.

  • Monitor sales invoices and charge slips to prevent errors.

  • Adjust small discrepancies in bank deposits.

  • Update the bank statement for credit cards.

  • Identify and resolve chargebacks and other adjustments.

  • Process refunds promptly.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate of Accountancy with a strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).

  • CPA certification is an advantage.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of accounting processes in the same industry or with a local company.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
