About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is responsible for leading product development, product management, and marketing strategies for assigned product portfolios. The goal is to drive market profitability, achieve target sales, and expand market share.

As the Product Manager, you will act as the company's product champion, ensuring that effective marketing plans are implemented, the sales team is equipped with product knowledge, and key opinion leaders are engaged to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the product champion for assigned brands.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective marketing plans within set timelines.
  • Monitor competition, pricing, government policies, and product distribution channels.
  • Assist in training and developing sales teams on product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in relevant specialties.
  • Update monthly rolling forecasts for assigned products.
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives from Sales & Marketing leadership.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related course; background in product management preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a pharmaceutical set-up.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Solid knowledge in market research, data interpretation, and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills in product development and management.
  • Proficient in computer tools and presentation platforms.
  • Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork across different locations in the Philippines.
