The Product Manager is responsible for leading the overall strategy, development, and execution of product and brand initiatives. This role ensures the competitiveness and profitability of assigned products by managing their full lifecycle while strengthening brand positioning in the market. The position requires strong collaboration with sales, R&D, supply chain, and marketing teams to deliver innovative, customer-driven solutions that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product and brand strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability goals.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle including planning, development, pricing, launch, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights gathering to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with R&D and operations to develop new products or enhance existing offerings.
- Provide sales teams with product training, technical knowledge, and selling tools.
- Track and analyze product performance (sales, margins, market share) and recommend improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets, pricing policies, and demand forecasts for assigned products.
- Build and sustain brand equity through effective positioning, communication, and packaging initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in product or brand management within manufacturing, industrial, chemical
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, market research, and brand development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Analytical, strategic, and results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM systems knowledge is a plus.
