Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Drives annual capital expenditure and operating expense budgeting process of partner organizational units.
  • Analyzes capital expenditure budget vis-à-vis availment of partner organizational units.
  • Creates and reviews business case in support of initiatives in support of resource optimization, and 24/7 availability, six sigma reliability & T+0 service delivery.
  • Measures benefit realization and value leakage in relation to transformation initiatives, among others.
  • Performs variance analysis on financial and operating results, and ensures proper cost allocation and application of accounting standards.
  • Formulates financial forecast based on historical results and prospective plans.
  • Conducts Information Technology partner contract and portfolio review to optimize and rationalize spending, and align with Enterprise Architecture.
  • (Re)designs and implements end-to-end support architectures within regulatory compliance framework.

Soft Skills:

  • Leads the overall delivery management of each project under within the managed portfolio ensuring such are delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-scope.
  • Defines and finalize project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business unit and key stakeholders.
  • Creates and manages the detailed timeline for project execution and ensures that resources are always aligned with such.
  • Optimizes utilization of available resources to deliver project activities within the required timeframes and agreed quality and scope.
  • Coaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Updates the project team of the status of the project based on agreed upon frequency.
  • Clears blockers for the SMEs to perform and deliver.
  • Facilitates learning through post mortem and sprint retrospective.
  • Provides direct supervision and mentoring to project team members.
  • Reviews technical design provided by the Solutions Architect such as database, application architecture and system interface design together with the technical delivery team.
  • Identifies, monitors and manages project risks, issues, dependencies and action plans until project implementation and closure.
  • Monitors and manages project expenses to ensure it is within cost baseline.
  • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path.
  • Establishes and ensures appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies, practices and on behalf of the executive sponsor or senior responsible owner.
  • Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, and devises contingency plans.
  • Ensures that implemented solution is based on the Solutions Architect's design and is aligned with the Enterprise Architecture.
