We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced kitchen professional to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain exceptional quality standards.

This key role involves leading a team of kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring all dishes meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be well-versed in technology integration.

  • Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all food preparation and presentation exceed customer expectations by maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including order preparation, inventory management, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control kitchen expenses, including food and labor costs, to optimize efficiency.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with technology platforms to streamline order management, tracking, and delivery processes.
  • Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of business administration or culinary arts program

  • At least 2-3 years' experience as a restaurant supervisor, dining supervisor, or kitchen supervisor in a quick-service restaurant

  • Excellent command of GSuite (Google Sheets, Google Docs)

  • Strong leadership skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
