What you'll be working on
  • Liaise with customers on live chat and inbound calls for pre-sales enquiries, including product recommendations, providing quotations, and taking orders
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and ensure swift fulfillment of customer needs
  • Assist senior project managers with preparation, compilation, and presentation for larger commercial fit-out projects
What we're looking for
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Shopify
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Word & Excel skills
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus
  • Accuracy and attention to detail essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a highly productive team
