Position

Accounting Supervisor with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation to lead our finance department. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day financial activities of the organization and supervise the finance team, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial operations and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, including financial analysts, accountants, and clerical staff.

  • Monitor and enforce adherence to financial policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software to support financial reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance system functionality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • 5+ years\' experience in a leadership role within a finance team.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
