About Us

EO Staff is a fast-growing staffing and SaaS company providing world-class virtual assistants to entrepreneurs and executives. We are building the EO Command Center — a software platform that integrates AI, automation, and operational dashboards to help business owners scale more effectively. This tool will be the core of our future SaaS-enabled services and critical to our growth trajectory.

We are looking for a senior-level software developer who can take ownership of the end-to-end creation of the EO Command Center. This is a high-responsibility, high-impact role where you'll have the freedom and accountability to build, ship, and evolve a product that will support thousands of businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership: Lead the full development lifecycle of the EO Command Center software (architecture, design, development, deployment, and iteration).
  • Architecture & Design: Define and implement the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and integration capabilities.
  • Execution: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while setting the standard for best practices.
  • Integration: Connect the platform with external tools and APIs (CRM, AI assistants, analytics, project management software, etc.).
  • Innovation: Build in AI/automation layers to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with company leadership to translate business objectives into technical deliverables.
  • Iteration: Gather feedback from internal users and clients to continuously improve the platform.
  • Future Team Leadership: Help recruit, mentor, and manage additional developers as the product scales.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years in software development with a proven track record of building SaaS products end-to-end.
  • Tech Stack Mastery: Proficiency in modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Next.js, Python/Django/Flask, or similar). Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Databases & APIs: Expertise in database design (SQL/NoSQL) and third-party API integrations.
  • AI/Automation: Working knowledge of AI/ML integration (OpenAI, LangChain, or similar) and workflow automation tools.
  • Security & Scalability: Experience designing secure, scalable systems for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to work autonomously, make key decisions, and take full ownership of deliverables.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and willing to "own" the project from concept to market launch.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in HR tech, staffing platforms, or operations-focused SaaS.
  • Background in building dashboard/analytics tools.
  • Prior startup or early-stage company experience.
  • Experience leading small dev teams or contractors.
