We're searching for a Senior Developer to join our team of innovators. As a Senior Developer at Neo Group, you will be a key player in designing and developing top-tier Android applications. With over 5 years of experience in Android development, you'll bring your expertise in Java and Kotlin to the table, driving innovation and excellence in every project. Your deep understanding of Dependency Injection, Gradle optimizations, and testing tools will be critical as we build and refine our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
  • Implement and manage Dependency Injection techniques using libraries such as Hilt or Koin.
  • Optimize app builds with various Gradle configurations for performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure robust code quality by utilizing various testing tools.
  • Utilize Git for version control, ensuring seamless collaboration with other developers.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience as an Android Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Dependency Injection (Hilt, Koin).
  • Solid experience in optimizing Android app builds using Gradle.
  • Familiarity with Android testing frameworks and tools.
  • Proficient in using Git for version control.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose UI library.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL for querying APIs.
  • Hands-on experience working with complex user interactions, such as real-time data streaming (WebSockets, video/audio streaming).
