Summary:

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who has knowledge and experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical candidates in the healthcare industry for the US.

You will also communicate with potential candidates via online and offline platforms to ensure that we attract the best experts and professionals.

You should be able to build and organize a strong talent pipeline, assist Hiring Managers with the onboarding/hiring process and retain skilled workers.

The ideal candidate for this role will have good communication skills and be able to interact with the candidates, clients, and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Source candidates through our existing database and contacts, social media, direct recruiting, etc.
  2. Source potential candidates from LinkedIn and other online portals.
  3. Reach out to candidates and gather the necessary information.
  4. Set up interviews between candidates and hiring managers with speed and efficiency.
  5. Manage the candidate database, and provide consistent support and direction to staff and candidates.
  6. Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates.
  7. Work with peers and supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific project needs.
  8. Identify candidates by assessing the skills, qualifications, and experience based on technical requirements.
  9. Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, etc.
  10. Manage long-term relationships with candidates who are passive.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent work experience.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in hiring healthcare roles in the US.
  3. Experience in interviewing and assessing potential hires for technical positions and assisting with onboarding processes.
  4. Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred.
  5. Experience with sourcing techniques like Boolean, Google X-ray, etc.
  6. Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have.
