  3. Strong background in recruitment analytics, workforce forecasting, and reporting.

  2. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  3. Strategic mindset with experience in process optimization and workforce planning.

  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and recruitment best practices.
  7. Creative problem-solving for sourcing and hiring challenges.
  8. Strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
Essential Functions
  1. Develop and implement scalable, high-volume hiring strategies tailored to operational needs.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  3. Optimize sourcing channels, assessment methods, and selection processes to improve hiring speed and quality.
  4. Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
  5. Provide regular reports and insights to management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in recruitment tracking systems and dashboards.
  7. Streamline hiring workflows to reduce bottlenecks and improve candidate experience.
  8. Partner with operations, workforce planning, and HR leadership to forecast hiring needs.
  9. Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and best practices.
Compensation and Benefits
  1. 30% Night Differential Pay: The standard night differential pay in the Philippines is 10%. Our rate is 2x higher than that of other companies.
