In this strategic role, you will oversee the entire hiring process — from conceptualization to onboarding — ensuring that we attract and onboard top talent who align with our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to meet organizational needs
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements
  • Mentor and guide recruitment team members to achieve their performance goals
  • Manage day-to-day recruitment operations, including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
  • Analyze key metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to optimize the recruitment process
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  2. At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or call center setting
  3. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in recruitment
  4. Hands-on experience with end-to-end hiring processes
  5. Track record of handling high-volume and challenging roles
  6. Confident in using data-driven approaches to enhance recruitment efficiency
Competencies and Skills
  1. Strong grasp of hiring strategies, tools, and platforms
  2. Experience with ATS and recruitment technology
  3. Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  4. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
  5. Creative problem-solving skills when facing talent market challenges
  6. Data-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement
