Description- Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs, requirements, challenges, and business priorities to effectively position company products and supplies.
- Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and continuously seeks opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive long-term customer loyalty and resolve any issues and problems.
- Collaborates with internal teams.
- Ensures the correct products and services are delivered to customers promptly.
- Creates and implements strategic account plans to drive growth and expansion within assigned accounts and develops sales strategies to increase profitability of assigned areas.
- Gathers, reports, and communicates customers' feedback on service, technology, and product delivery.
- Plays an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepares regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Achieves sales goals, targets, and KPIs.
- Stays informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics that may impact client relationships.
- Works closely with the Marketing and Operations team to create sales activities and ensure effective implementation.
- Other Duties:
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. With at least 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales leadership or business development role and has demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets within key accounts.

- Strong communication and people skills, adept at simplifying complex marketing ideas for client understanding.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
- Proficient in market analysis and financial management.
