About the Role

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team while staying involved in the details? Join us as a Sales Operations Supervisor / Team Lead (Salesforce / Quote Approval), where you'll manage daily sales operations, coach your team, and play an important role in revenue-related activities. This is a chance to be hands-on with Salesforce sales quote approvals and contract reviews, while also supporting revenue processes and financial compliance—all within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

  • Review and approve sales quotes, bookings, and commercial contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies as well as revenue recognition standards.

  • Handle revenue tasks like creating billing plans, approving invoices (including renewals and expenses), and supporting revenue accounting processes.

  • Lead, mentor, and support your team to develop their skills and work effectively together.

  • Quickly resolve issues by partnering with sales, finance, and leadership teams.

  • Monitor team performance and report key operational and revenue metrics to help improve our processes.

  • Support audit preparation and ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with leaders across teams to find ways to streamline and improve our workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, revenue management, or a related field—experience in a BPO is a plus.

  • Strong Salesforce skills with a focus on sales quote and order processing.

  • Good understanding of revenue recognition and billing processes.

  • Experience supporting audits and maintaining compliance with financial standards.

  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and motivate a small team effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication to work across departments.

  • Familiarity with finance tools like SAP or NetSuite is a bonus but not required.
