Location: West McKinley, Taguig City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with Saturday on-call

Department: Information Technology Department

Reports to: IT Head / ISMS Manager

Job Summary

JKS Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Supervisor to lead the implementation of innovative technology solutions and support the organization's compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. The IT Supervisor will manage the IT support team, oversee day-to-day operations, and execute key security and infrastructure initiatives. This role combines hands-on technical work, people management, and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.

ResponsibilitiesISO27001 Compliance Implementation
  • Collaborate with the IT Head / ISMS Manager and ISMS team to implement ISO/IEC27001 controls across the organization.

  • Maintain technical documentation, risk treatment plans, and contribute to the Statement of Applicability (SoA).

  • Support audit-readiness activities and ensure compliance with data security and information governance policies.

  • Monitor ISMS logs, incidents, access controls, and backup integrity.

Team Leadership & Operations
  • Lead and supervise IT support personnel (Infrastructure, Systems, and Network Admin).

  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure adherence to SLAs for tickets, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Conduct regular team huddles and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Promote accountability, collaboration, and discipline within the team.

Infrastructure & Innovation
  • Assess, recommend, and deploy new technologies to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.

  • Propose infrastructure upgrades (networking, servers, endpoints, cloud systems) to the IT Head.

  • Implement automation tools, monitoring platforms, and reporting dashboards.

  • Support digital transformation projects and system integrations (e.g., HRIS, ITSM).

Reporting & Collaboration
  • Provide regular updates and escalations to the IT Head on progress, risks, and team performance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Admin, and department heads on IT-dependent projects.

  • Represent IT during planning discussions, ISO, or internal audits, ensuring the technical feasibility of business initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

  • Strong technical knowledge of networks, systems administration, and cybersecurity.

  • Experience with ISO/IEC27001 implementation (preferred but not required).

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and inspire a high-performance IT culture.
