Job SummaryJKS Tech Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Supervisor to lead the implementation of innovative technology solutions and support the organization's compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. The IT Supervisor will manage the IT support team, oversee day-to-day operations, and execute key security and infrastructure initiatives. This role combines hands-on technical work, people management, and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.
ResponsibilitiesISO27001 Compliance ImplementationCollaborate with the IT Head / ISMS Manager and ISMS team to implement ISO/IEC27001 controls across the organization.
Maintain technical documentation, risk treatment plans, and contribute to the Statement of Applicability (SoA).
Support audit-readiness activities and ensure compliance with data security and information governance policies.
Monitor ISMS logs, incidents, access controls, and backup integrity.
Lead and supervise IT support personnel (Infrastructure, Systems, and Network Admin).
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure adherence to SLAs for tickets, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Conduct regular team huddles and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Promote accountability, collaboration, and discipline within the team.
Assess, recommend, and deploy new technologies to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
Propose infrastructure upgrades (networking, servers, endpoints, cloud systems) to the IT Head.
Implement automation tools, monitoring platforms, and reporting dashboards.
Support digital transformation projects and system integrations (e.g., HRIS, ITSM).
Provide regular updates and escalations to the IT Head on progress, risks, and team performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Admin, and department heads on IT-dependent projects.
Represent IT during planning discussions, ISO, or internal audits, ensuring the technical feasibility of business initiatives.
Serve as a role model for professionalism, respect, and integrity.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong technical knowledge of networks, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
Experience with ISO/IEC27001 implementation (preferred but not required).
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead by example and inspire a high-performance IT culture.
