ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Strategy Coordinator to support our growing Advisory line of business. This role will support the management of our Advisory team by driving overall strategy, ensuring clear and effective communication both internally and externally, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, analytical, energetic, and possess strong attention to detail. Specifically, this role will require you to be technically savvy in Microsoft Suite products, create PowerPoint presentations, understand and use data, and be a power user of JIRA and Confluence.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Partner closely with management and create detailed documentation such as presentations, plans, proposals, and reports.
• Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and driving execution from inception to completion.
• Manage confidential data, including sensitive business, financial, and personnel information.
• Manage product meetings, including agenda setting, presentation preparation, and follow-up.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Track and follow-up on key deliverables for matrix teams.
• Update and create JIRA tickets and Confluence pages for team alignment.
• Generate reports utilizing business intelligence tools and present findings.
• Perform daily or ad-hoc tasks such as completing expense reports, submitting tickets, and updating HRIS platform.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience); advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA).
• 2+ years of experience in a consulting, market research, or Chief of Staff role.
• Experience in business strategy development preferred.
• FINRA SIE License preferred.

Other Preferred Qualifications

• Power BI skills and ability to generate reports across multiple databases.
• This position operates in a hybrid, office environment.
