As a manager, you will lead compensation strategy, benefits programs, and payroll processes for Enterprise Management Solutions.

This role includes salary benchmarking, total compensation analysis, benefits enrollment oversight, ensuring compliance with wage laws and benefits-related regulations.

You will oversee payroll operations, working closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy, develop, implement, and manage compensation strategies, salary scales, and incentive structures.

The successful candidate will have an advanced understanding of compensation and benefits principles, strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills, ability to manage complex processes and communicate effectively with diverse staff.

Responsibilities include conducting market analysis and salary benchmarking, maintaining updated position salary bands, coordinating compensation adjustments for new hires, promotions, or policy changes.

This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with collaborative teams. You will work remotely, participating in meetings via video or phone, occasional in-person site visits.

Key competencies include discretion, integrity, and attention to confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data, proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, SHRM certification, minimum 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or payroll operations.

A Master's degree or certification (e.g., CCP, CEBS) is preferred, as is prior experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or multi-site organizations, familiarity with HR and payroll systems, compliance reporting, and benefits strategy, ability to pass background and reference checks.
