Overview

Compliance and Executive Support (AU Insurance Brokerage, Hybrid) role at ConnectOS

Salary: P50,000 (Salary Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?
  • Prior experience working for an Australian company is essential (5 years)
  • Legal or financial services experience in your region is highly desirable.
  • Strong administration skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with compliance systems, recordkeeping, or audit processes preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Tertiary Qualifications essential
Responsibilities

Compliance (50%)

  • Maintain the AFSL register and associated records.
  • Take ownership of the compliance management system/software and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct ongoing file audits to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
  • Assist staff with managing compliance queries, incidents, and breach reporting.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are kept current and accessible.
  • Support quarterly and ad hoc compliance attestations across the broker and partner network.

Project Coordination (25%)

  • Liaise with internal project stakeholders to ensure project documentation and files are consistently maintained.
  • Track and follow up on action items, reporting status to the COO and project leads.
  • Provide coordination support for regulatory or strategic business initiatives (e.g. system implementations, compliance projects, internal programs).

Executive Assistant / Administration (25%)

  • Provide calendar management and scheduling support.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including preparation of presentations (PowerPoint) and reports (Excel).
  • Coordinate internal meetings, take notes, and prepare briefing packs when required.
  • Support general office administration and ad hoc requests from the COO and leadership team.
