Relocations Coordinator

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Collaborate with the carrier to ensure that the most cost-effective transport or movement of items will be used by requesting and assessing quotes from the carrier.
  2. Ensure seamless communication with customers and organize booking of schedule for machine movement/relocation service with corresponding carriers/logistics partners.
  3. Arrange technicians for relocations that require installation and other services.
  4. Organize proper installation of the machine in the new location including network installation when applicable.
  5. Coordinate and notify corresponding Canon departments of the machine's new location after the movement.
  6. Update system (database- CDSS/AX) with new customer contact and machine address.
  7. Process customer billing/invoicing of the relocation charges via the Canon system (database- CDSS/AX).
  8. Manage Relocations mailbox queue via Salesforce tool and phone queue by responding with urgency to queries from customers, carriers, and internal teams such as Customer Operations, Account Managers, Business Partners, etc.
  9. Actively contribute to relevant relocations projects or improvement initiatives.
  10. A relocations Coordinator should be able to break down a problem, situation, or process into its component parts; separate the main issues from side-issues and understand the nature of parts and their relationship to one another.
  11. Has the ability to work effectively and seamlessly delivering results without being closely managed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's/College Degree of any course.
  2. At least 2 years related working experience in Technical Support Coordinator role with exposure preferred but not required.
  3. High level of accuracy and attention to detail and customer focus.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. High level of proactivity and professional attitude.
  6. Sound telephony skills.
  7. Analysis ability.
  8. Proven ability to achieve targets, excellent organisational skills, and time management.
  9. Project management experience.
  10. Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Access.
  11. Outstanding time management and prioritization skills.
  12. Good rapport with internal and external customers.
  13. Has the ability to work effectively and seamlessly delivering results without being closely managed.
