Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent GL Accounting Supervisor to oversee the general ledger and financial reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements. This role involves supervising accounting staff, maintaining internal controls, and supporting audits and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Ledger Management: Supervise daily general ledger operations; ensure timely month-end and year-end closes; review and approve journal entries and reconciliations; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS; assist with management reports and audits.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance: Develop and implement accounting policies; ensure regulatory adherence and support SOX compliance; supervise and mentor accounting staff; conduct evaluations and identify training needs.
  • Process Improvement: Implement efficiency enhancements and leverage technology; provide financial insights to other departments; participate in cross-functional projects.

• Strong accounting background with experience in general ledger and financial reporting


• Proven leadership and people-management skills


• Attention to detail and thorough understanding of internal controls and regulatory requirements


• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and collaborate with other departments


• Availability to work in Angeles, Pampanga
