Retail Supervisor – Scooping Station

Job Objective:
The Retail Operations Supervisor oversees the daily operations of five scooping stations, ensuring smooth store functions, efficient team performance, and excellent customer service. This role manages inventory, petty cash, staffing, and administrative processes while aligning with the strategic directions set by the Retail Head.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of 5 scooping stations.

  • Manage weekly inventory levels and place orders using SAP.

  • Handle store petty cash and ensure accurate documentation of expenses and reimbursements.

  • Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly.

  • Send daily sales reports to the designated group chat.

  • Prepare monthly Finance audit requirements for the stores.

  • Implement directions and initiatives from weekly alignment meetings with the Retail Head.

  • Oversee hiring and interviewing of scoopers in coordination with the manpower agency.

  • Lead training sessions for new and existing store crew.

  • Handle ordering and distribution of uniforms.

  • Manage weekly shift scheduling and related manpower administrative tasks, such as leave approvals, attendance, and incident reporting.

  • File necessary work permits and assist third-party contractors during oculars or installations.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate.

  • With 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant or food retail setting.

  • Proficient in inventory and operations systems (SAP experience is an advantage).

  • Strong leadership skills and capable of managing a team of up to 15 personnel.

  • Friendly, approachable, and a quick learner.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
