- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership experience in a real estate sales environment, including managing a team of real estate agents, setting goals, and guiding them to success.
- Excellent networking skills to build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, clients, and other industry stakeholders.
- Can recruit 3-5 Property Specialists prior to onboarding.
