Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including recruitment and training of Property Specialists, to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Property Specialists.
  • Assist in the negotiation and closing of property sales deals, ensuring the best outcome for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining client relationships to drive repeat business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership experience in a real estate sales environment, including managing a team of real estate agents, setting goals, and guiding them to success.
  • Excellent networking skills to build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, clients, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Can recruit 3-5 Property Specialists prior to onboarding.
