The Opportunity:

Global HRIS Analyst (Workday)

(Hybrid & Remote will be considered) - successful candidate must be physically based in Poland or Philippines.

Important: successful candidate will be required to work within CET Time Zone standard working hours.

The HRIS (HR Information Systems) Team manages all HR solutions throughout the company, in the areas of administration & maintenance, development, vendor & budget management, integrations, compliance and project management. As the Global HRIS Analyst, you will not only be the super user of the different platforms, but you will also be the expert trainer of the relevant solution(s). You will work closely with our (external) Enhancement and Maintenance Support team dedicated to the Workday Solution and you will work closely together with the HR Function globally, the HR TECH team and other key stakeholders in the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HRIS team with different implementations and ongoing enhancements, mainly in the Workday solution.
  • Gather and follow up on business requests for technical upgrades and enhancements of our different platforms.
  • Drive brilliant communication to inform the business and relevant parties of the latest developments, changes, training etc. You will ensure that users are comfortable using the different solutions and are familiar with new features, enhancements, and functionalities that can improve their user experience.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
  • Support and/or lead small to medium-sized projects related to the implementation of (parts of) enhancements of existing solutions (mainly Workday).
  • Apply different methodologies to understand users, gain insights, clearly define problems and create innovative ideas to improve experience for all parties.
  • Support Quarterly SOX Audit Activities and Bi-annual Workday release.

Skills:

  • Experience within the HR digital areas, with a minimum of 2+ years professional experience in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation and Recruiting (certified in at least HCM).
  • Critical thinking and analytical ability.
  • Organization, planning, project management skills and ability to follow through consistently under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and desire to provide quality.
  • Agility and experience of working in a dynamic environment which requires shifting priorities and reassessing priorities in response to business needs.
  • Technical customer service experience with a track record of delivery within SLAs.
  • Customer service minded.
  • Experience in managing HR Technology projects is nice to have.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Ability to work in a compliance environment, understanding of Data Privacy regulations and implications on systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and project-related support tools.
  • Understanding of Design Thinking, UX, automation, system design.
  • Discretion and ability to deal with confidential, sensitive data and/or information.
