Senior Financial Analyst (financial modeling, M&A, DCF, scenario & sensitivity analysis, cashflow forecasting) - Hybrid

Urgently looking for: Senior Financial Analyst - Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of high-level financial models for the company's clients and investee companies.
  2. Contribute to capacity building of the company by directly taking lead, handling, and managing accounts assigned to you.
  3. Train, delegate, and manage Finance Analysts assigned to you in producing quality and timely outputs.
  4. Work with Partner to interface with clients and investee companies for information gathering, providing financial reports and insights, and financial strategies.
  5. Communicate with clients and investee companies' respective finance department for their needed data and information.

Majority of the time, the senior analyst will:

  1. Manage expectations of client and/or partner.
  2. Manage the outputs of their analysts.
  3. Present outputs to partner or client.
  4. Other ad-hoc tasks related to growing the team or managing analysts.

Particularly looking for the following:

Strong command of the following hard skills:

  1. Advanced financial modeling and valuations (experienced with financial modeling, M&A, DCF, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and cashflow forecasting).
  2. Strong knowledge on financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
  3. Best if the applicant comes from a startup company.
  4. 1 year experience working in a financial institution. Strong favor if coming from consulting.

Strong command of the following soft skills:

  1. Communication skills. Ability to present to team members, executives, and clients coherently and concisely.
  2. Leadership and management. At least 1 year experience of leading a team or at least led one major project with a team.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, undergraduates or with associate degree are welcome to apply.

Work arrangements:

Shift: M-F; 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Output-based; if the employee is done with his/her task within 4:30 pm, he/she may go home).

Set-up: Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days WFH per week).

Salary range: 60-80k (net monthly).

Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.
