Job Description
Position Summary
Responsible for meeting sales targets for repairs, retrofits, hoists, light lifting equipment (including monorails, jib cranes, air balancers, below-the-hook devices), spare parts, in-house repairs, general overhauls, consultation services, and quoting. Manage sales cases and account actions to support activities generated by inside sales, especially for priority accounts. Refer opportunities to other sales resources as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan regular visits to prospective customers and report outcomes.
- Focus on selling repairs, retrofits, spare parts, repairs, overhauls, and consultation services.
- Review operative quotes and submit offers for field faults.
- Handle sales cases from inside sales or create new cases from leads.
- Monitor sales funnel in CRM regularly.
- Update customer decision and communication dates timely.
- Conduct timely service reviews with customers, within 48 hours.
- Meet weekly with your manager for sales review and planning.
- Close on safety-related repairs that cannot be sold internally.
- Provide technical support to operations for complex jobs.
- Assist in cost control to achieve profit margins.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

Qualifications
Academic
- Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience.
Experience
- At least 2 years in electromechanical components and motors.
- At least 2 years supervisory experience.
- At least 3 years in similar service industry roles.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of Konecranes products/services.
- Resource management, customer relations, communication skills.
- Experience with SIEBEL/CRM, MS Office, problem-solving, driving skills.
Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams and support groups.
- Engage with customers for care and resolution.
