Overview

Position Title: Retail Sales Executive for NCR

Work Location: NCR

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Day Shift (Shifting Schedule)

Employment Type: Regular | Full-time

Salary: PHP 23,000 – PHP 28,000

Areas of Assignment: Malls, Supermarkets, Airport, or Casino

Qualifications
  • College graduate or at least 2 years in college
  • Confident and charismatic personality
  • Good English and Tagalog communication skills (natural conversational style)
  • Work experience in customer service is required
  • With a sales or retail sales background
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
Job Description & Responsibilities
  • Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes
  • Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials
  • Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after-sales services
  • Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company's consumer-centric principles
