Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic technology leader to serve as the Enterprise Application Head, reporting to the CIO. This role is critical in overseeing the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and platforms that support core back-office functions across the organization.


The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of projects and the reliable performance of systems supporting key functions such as Comptrollership, Compliance, Risk & Audit, Marketing, Legal, Human Resources, Procurement, and Facilities.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery and lifecycle management of enterprise systems and applications used across support and governance functions.
  • Define and drive the strategic roadmap for systems supporting Finance, Risk, Audit, HR, Legal, and other corporate services.
  • Ensure all initiatives and projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business goals.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across application development, project management, and support functions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to assess system performance, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including functional leaders, to understand evolving business needs and translate them into system capabilities.
  • Oversee vendor and contract management for third-party platforms and services within the portfolio.
  • Maintain strong governance, risk management, and compliance across all platforms and processes.
  • Drive innovation, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives within the enterprise systems landscape.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • 15-20 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 10 years in leadership roles managing enterprise systems/application portfolios.
  • Strong track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional IT programs and modernizing legacy platforms.
  • Experience in governance, risk, and compliance frameworks as they relate to enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.
  • Background in Banking and/or Financial Services industry is a PLUS
  • Open to working in an RTO setup in Makati
