Overview

We are looking for a CPA-qualified accounting leader to oversee consolidated financials and support an acquisitive growth strategy. This role will manage day-to-day holding company accounting, coordinate with operating company controllers, and play a key role in monthly closes, tax support, and integration of new acquisitions.

Location

Remote - Colombia

Schedule

9:00am - 6:00pm EST / Follow Colombian holidays

Responsibilities
  • Consolidate financial statements across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Partner with operating company controllers to close monthly books.
  • Oversee holding company accounting functions, including payroll and accounts payable.
  • Support annual tax filings, audits, and purchase price accounting during acquisitions.
  • Help build scalable accounting policies and processes for a fast-growing organization.
Qualifications
  • CPA designation required.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Self-starter comfortable in a startup-like environment with evolving policies.
Experience
  • 4+ years in accounting leadership roles, ideally with exposure to M&A and consolidation.
  • Experience with multi-entity financial reporting and fast-paced growth environments.
  • Background in acquisitive companies preferred.
