  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Some College (But did not graduate) on any course.
  • Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from stores and customers regarding all facets of Client Credit Card(s);
  • Resolve credit inquiries on new accounts;
  • Make use of problem-solving/decision-making skills to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction;
  • Utilize professional techniques to generate additional revenue via retail, credit, and/or product marketing;
  • Comply with over-all call quality standards;
  • Adhere to Schedule and Time on System, follow Company Rules and Policies, especially on Time and Attendance
Additional Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must have completed 2 years in College or a graduate of a 2-year associate course
  • With at least 30 MBPS Wired internet connection
  • Has a conducive workspace
  • Willing to temporarily work from home.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, mostly at night
  • Open to work during weekends and holidays
  • Amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City upon business decision.
Additional Info
  • Salary between PHP 18,000.00 and PHP 22,000.00
  • Location: Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region (NCR).
  • Full Time position(s) are available.
  • Number of vacancies: 100.
