Customer Service Team Lead

The Customer Service Team Lead is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve excellent service delivery
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Develop and implement processes to continuously improve service levels and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead or Manager in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
