Job Summary:

As the Business Unit Head, you will be directly accountable for the Profit & Loss performance of the business unit. You'll work closely with the manager to strategize, plan, and execute initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations—ensuring target occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Oversee full P&L accountability of the business unit

  • Collaborate with the manager on business strategies to meet financial and operational goals

  • Initiate and lead market research to identify and penetrate new markets

Sales & Marketing

  • Lead yield management strategies to maximize revenue from rentals and other offerings

  • Create business plans, financial forecasts, and market entry timelines

  • Drive tenant success by integrating their sales goals into the broader strategy

  • Discover growth opportunities both locally and internationally

Operations & Customer Experience

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction

  • Manage end-to-end customer experience, including inquiries, bookings, events, and lifestyle experiences

  • Resolve customer concerns and spearhead business innovation

  • Maintain strong coordination with operations and marketing teams

Finance & Admin

  • Lead budget planning and cost control initiatives

  • Review and refine policies, processes, and departmental functions

  • Work closely with department heads to align goals and responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business, or a related course

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant leadership experience in business operations, hospitality, or marketing

  • Proven track record in strategic planning, customer experience, and team management

  • Proficient in Tagalog and English with excellent business communication skills

  • Strong social media and digital marketing know-how

  • Creative, solutions-oriented, and thinks outside the box
