Job Title: Salesforce Implementation Consultant

Project Based: 8 hrs a day, 4am to 1pm Manila time, Remote


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team on a freelance basis. As a Salesforce Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation of Salesforce solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements

- Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet client needs

- Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects

- Provide training and support to clients on Salesforce applications

- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of solutions

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features to provide clients with the most effective solutions

- Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures to enhance client experience and productivity

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and customization

- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Certified Administrator, Certified Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud Consultant) preferred

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security

- Experience with Lightning development, Visualforce, Apex, and SOQL

- Excellent project management and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
