Position Summary:

The hiring client is seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join their innovative technology team. The AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes, optimize decision-making, and deliver impactful customer experiences. This role involves working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to create intelligent systems that align with the companys strategic goals.

Key Expectations/General Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and models for various business applications.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets.
  • Build and train machine learning models for predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI applications.
  • Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and applications.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  • Monitor AI systems in production and implement improvements based on real-time data and user feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and deliverables.
  • Document AI development processes and model performance for future reference.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AI development, machine learning, and data science projects.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative technology.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models.
  • Experience in building AI-powered chatbots, recommendation engines, or image recognition systems.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
