Branch Service Officer Job Description

The Branch Service Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires a high degree of leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day branch operations, including cash and lending activities.
  • Ensure compliance with bank regulations and regulatory agencies.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • College graduate in a business-related field.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in cash and loans operations, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent leadership, marketing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in the local dialect.
