Our HR Team is divided into different units such as 1) Recruitment & Training Unit, 2) Compensation and Benefits Unit, 3) Employee Discipline Unit and 4) HR Operations Unit. Each Unit is composed of 3 Members: two Specialists/Supervisors and one Manager/Unit Head. We are currently looking for an HR Manager/Asst. Manager/Unit Head for the HR Operations Unit, which has two existing HR Specialists. The main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Responsibilities- Ensure all new hires are enrolled in HRIS and have generated employee IDs.
- Ensure all new hires have an employment contract, company IDs, and an approved Personnel Action Notice (PAN).
- Process regularization of employees and ensure completeness of pre-employment requirements, performance evaluation, and adherence to required standards.
- Process all employee movements such as transfer of position, transfer of department, transfer of branch, change of status, salary adjustments, promotions, and other changes in employment details.
- Maintain smooth flow of HR Operations while complying with different HR transactions.
