We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager for General Services Management, with a strong focus on procurement, vendor relations, and compliance within the ATM industry. This role is responsible for vendor, procurement coordination, and supplier management, ensuring seamless transactions and vendor operations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract management, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of working experience in procurement, and vendor relations, preferably within the ATM industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Create and monitor vendor setup in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure vendors meet compliance requirements and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in troubleshooting vendor billing issues to expedite compliance or payment.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor payments.
- Coordinate with the purchasing unit to ensure timely delivery of ATM peripherals from external vendors.
- Maintain effective communication channels with external vendors to address any delivery or quality concerns.
- Effectively communicate with onsite officers and the finance team regarding vendor updates and inquiries.
- Provide timely updates on vendor-related matters to relevant stakeholders.
