Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and assess results of the feasibility studies, product and market research and competitor review

  • Conduct project vetting of proposed new retail project

  • Review and presentation for approval to PD Head of project parameters resulting from project vetting and market studies

  • Propose/recommend strategies to PD Head for review and approval

  • Assist and oversee the monitoring and coordination of the fulfillment of development schedules and milestones

  • Preparation and presentation of project financials for approval to PD Head and MANCOM

  • Serve as technical expert for project development

  • Perform related function as required from time to time

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business or related field

  • Must have at least 7-8 experience in project development/business development or equivalent (preferably coming from a real estate industry or construction)

  • Good public and human relations; A team player

  • Leadership skills

  • Effective written and oral communication skills

  • Integrity
