About this role:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the development process of new restaurant openings and acquisitions.

This Construction Coordinator plays a key role in supporting all stages of the development lifecycle—from site selection and due diligence through construction and final opening.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily with internal teams, architects, general contractors, and vendors.
  • Schedule and facilitate weekly development calls.
  • Maintain project files, databases, and Smartsheet workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills, thrive in cross-departmental collaboration, and excel at managing vendors and workflows.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in construction, real estate, or project coordination (restaurant/commercial preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and project management software.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for supporting growth within a dynamic, fast-scaling company.
