About the role:
  • BOM Operation, savings implementation, supplier relationship and risk management. Administrative management of activities with the objective of ensuring effective implementation of control plans and procedures in Procurement.

What you will do:
  • Liaise with suppliers and user department for routine and ad-hoc procurement projects to secure the best TCO.
  • Enforce the procurement policy and ensure all purchases are fully comply with the requirement.
  • Provide support in the Procurement operation area.
  • Payment term negotiation, contract and vendor performance management.
  • Assist to benchmark and formulate best-fit procurement vehicles to drive cost savings and efficiency improvement.
  • Source of information, current trends and best practices in procurement area.
  • Maintain the master data of purchasing system.
  • Closely work with (internal) customer the requirement and source appropriate suppliers.
  • Measure and feedback on supplier performance.
  • Execute activities that drive KPIs including but not limited to cost savings, hands free purchasing, supplier performance, P2P, etc.

What you will need:
  • College degree, major in business or related.
  • Over 10 years related experience.
  • Knowledgeable with purchasing system
  • Diligent, eager to learn, detail oriented, efficient
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Experience in negotiations, pricing, general purchasing related products.
  • Experience in managing external third parties.
  • Understand manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Knowledge in SAP (advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in written and verbal communication (English)
